Here is some basic information on how to do business with us. We only do business to business

First time buyer or establish business

Our goal is not to match services you are getting but to exceed them and work one on one with you to get an overall better quality, service and decent prices.

All our lines are handmade by dedicated artisans.

Setting up an account with GMEX Imports

Due that we only do business to business we will require a copy of your tax id. This is to protect our customers prices.
Then you will get a password to access to our catalogs.

Services available

Loose merchandise too reduce shipping cost
Palletize merchandise for customers that require it for their logistics
Pre labeling with items numbers or priced (ready to be sold)
Customize unique items for you (only if it’s going to be put in your lines)
Over the years we have always been modifying to exceed our customers’ needs; if you need something we currently do not offer let us know so that we may solve the needs.

Minimum and order sizes

1 pallet to try product
28 ft of a truck load space
53 ft truck load
Pick up your own merchandise no minimum
you may pick as many pieces as you like as in quantities and colors

Placing a container order

Orders need to be sent by email, fax or called in.
A 35% deposit for customers is due at order and rest when merchandise is loaded into your trailer.
We will provide a confirmation number for you to track order and will be shipped out of Laredo in the date agreed.
Customers we know will not be charge with a 35% unless they have some customize items in thier order.

Shipping

We been working with many freight companies over the years and will set you up with the one that better fits your needs at the best cost.
We can make arrangements for shipping on your loads free of cost.

Damage claims and returns

Claims must be submitted within 3 business days of receiving the merchandise. Photos and details of the damages are required. An evaluation of the claim will be processed within 10 days and a credit or replacement of items will be issued. No refunds on sales.

We are constantly making new designs and developing new items. Our website is continuously updated, but may not have ALL of the designs that we currently offer.
