First time buyer or Starting a new business

If this is your first time working with our lines we will give a specialized consultation. It is in our interest that all new customers get started with a good detailed consultation so that they can better decide what service program is best for them.

·         Over the years we have always been modifying to exceed our customers’ needs; if you need something we currently do not offer let us know so that we may solve the problem.

Minimums for our lines

·         There is no minimum for pickups.

·         You can pick as many different items and colors that we currently offer.

·         Plaster and pottery is only available in full truckloads and will offer the best price and quality available in FOB Laredo, Texas (For questions give us a call at (956)220-0163)

·         For shipping there is a one pallet minimum due that we only wholesale.

·          Single samples are available for store owners and buyers for chain stores (for more information please contact us at (956)220-0163)

Placing a container order

Orders may be sent by email or fax with a 35% deposit to the GMEX Imports main office in the USA in San Dario Ave address. Once the deposit is received, your order will be officially placed. Customers that been doing business with us for a long time may not be requested an upfront deposit. We accept checks, money orders and almost all mayor credit cards. 

Full Truck load discounts

Prices are for full truck loads. If you are purchasing several truck loads per order or during the year then we will work discounts depending on service required and lines of interest.

Lead times for our lines

Depends on the line you are interested in our current production time is approximately 2 to 6 weeks from the date of receipt of the order with initial deposit or payment. Custom orders generally take additional time depending on how many custom pieces are requested. Depends also in how many upfront orders we have.

What is available in the warehouse for wholesale purchasing?

We currently have an inventory for our customers that pick up their own merchandise. Send us an order form requesting availability and we will send you a fast respond with items on stock and time for pending items to be in our Texas warehouse. We import several loads per week so it doesn’t take long for us to have what you need.

Shipping

We been working with many freight companies over the years and will set you up with the one that better fits your needs and we can make arrangements for shipping on your loads free of cost for new customers. Current customers if you would like to check the prices we have please feel free to do so.

Damage claims and returns

Claims must be submitted within 3 business days of receiving the merchandise. Photos and details of the damages are required. An evaluation of the claim will be processed within 10 days and a credit or replacement of items will be issued. No refunds on sales.

Is the entire catalog online? We are constantly making new designs and developing new items. Our website is continuously updated, but may not have ALL of the designs that we currently offer.
