Establishing an account with us

After this information has been submitted, we will contact you with information to access our online catalog.
Accessing our Online Catalogs
To access our online catalogs click on Online Catalog 2012. You will be prompted to input the password that has been provided by us. We will be glad to help if you have any questions regarding our online catalogs.
Sales Divisions
Pallet Division – Has a minimum of one pallet worth $500(not including shipping). Items from all our lines can be selected to form pallet (except plaster/pottery). Pricing for this division are provided in our Online Catalog.
Volume Division – Has a minimum of 14’ linear Ft. in a 28’ pup. Items from all our lines can be selected to form volume order (except plaster/pottery). Pricing for this division are provided in our Online Catalog.
Volume and Special Projects Division – Has a minimum of one 53’ trailer per purchase. All of our lines are available (including plaster/pottery) for this division. All merchandise is bar-coded and palletized. Please let us know if you are interested in knowing more about this service. This service is recommended for multi store companies.
Test order
This is what we do for our current and new customers.
- You pick the items you want then check out as ‘Test Order’ without putting any credit card info.
- Our team will immediately will work on the best cost efficient way to get product to your business doors.
- No compromise if it works for you, we go from there.
We will send this within one hour (during business hours).
Product
All of our lines are handmade by skilled artisans in Mexico. Small variations in sizes and color may occur due to the nature of the product, giving our product a unique distinction from mass produced products.
Custom-Made Policy

All custom inquiries are to be sent via email to gmeximports@gmail.com or via fax to (956)753-6044. The following information is required for custom-made items; Pictures of the desired item, measurements and purchase potential. Once request is received item(s) will be reviewed by our production team. Customer will be notified if the request has been accepted or denied. A minimum purchase is required for all custom-made items. Minimum amounts depend on difficulty and size of the requested item. Times of production depend on amount of orders and samples being made simultaneously. Note: Please allow three to five days to receive an answer for inquires.
Payment Policy
All orders are required to be paid before they are shipped. We accept all major credit cards, wire transfers and checks. Please note that checks must be received before merchandise is shipped.
Shipping Policy
We currently ship to continental U.S. and Canada. Please contact us for overseas shipments. We will provide customer with a timeframe for delivery along with tracking number and freight company information. Please note time frames are approximates only. Contact us if you need a shipment within a certain timeframe. Freight deliveries are handled by third party freight companies; we are not responsible for any delays on freight deliveries.
Damage Claims
All damaged claims must be reported to Gmex Imports within the first three days of shipment delivery. Photos of the damaged items must be sent along with damage claims to gmeximports@gmail.com. The claim will be processed within a three to five days. We will notify customer after claim is processed. Note: In case of breakage we will give credit for the proper amount to customer on future orders.
Privacy Policy
All information collected by us through our website is solely used by us. Only we have access to information our customers provide to us. We will not sell, share or trade customers information.
Credit card information will never be archived in any form, unless otherwise noted by customer.
Pricing
We will always try to maintain the best pricing available to our customers. We reserve the right to change pricing for any of our lines without prior notice.
