Establishing an account with us

-  Actual copy of company’s business permit or resale certificate to get immediate access.


Online Catalogs 

Our inventory constantly changes due that we add new items every 7 to 15 days.

We recieve several containers a week to resupply and bring new items for our customers.

 

Sales Divisions

Pallet Division – Has a minimum of one pallet worth $850(not including shipping). 


Volume Division – Has a minimum of 14’ linear Ft. up a 28’ pup.


Volume and Special Projects Division – Has a minimum of one 53’ trailer per purchase.  All merchandise is bar-coded and palletized. Please let us know if you are interested in knowing more about this service. This service is recommended for multi store companies.

 

Test order 

This is what we do for our current and new customers.

  • You pick the items you want then check out as ‘Test Order’ without putting any credit card info.
  • Our team will immediately work on the best cost efficient way to get product to your business doors at the best price. 
  • No compromise if it works for you, we go from there.

We will send this information within same day or first thing in the morning.

 

Time lead: Depends on upfront orders, here are some approx times.

  • Pallets: 1 to 14 days if product is all available we ship order next day.
  • Ground volume: 1 to 2 weeks if product is all in stock we ship can be shipped next day
  • Volume and special division: 2 to 6 weeks after order is comfirm

 

Product 

All of our lines are handmade by skilled artisans in Mexico. Small variations in sizes and color may occur due to the nature of the product, giving our product a unique distinction from mass produced products.

 

Payment Policy 

We have no terms all orders are required to be paid before they are shipped, we will provide pictures of product before it is loaded and after it has been loaded. We accept all major credit cards, wire transfers and checks. Please note that checks must be received and cleared before merchandise is shipped.


Shipping Policy

We currently ship to continental U.S. and Canada.We will provide customer with a timeframe for delivery along with tracking number and freight company information. Please note time frames are approximates only. Contact us if you need a shipment within a certain timeframe. Freight deliveries are handled by third party freight companies; we are not responsible for any delays on freight deliveries as we are FOB Laredo Texas.

Pallet: A  4 x 4 wood skid which can reach 8 ft of stacked product.

This is perfect for customers interested in trying product

 

Full Pup: Is requested for customers using 28 ft of space

Half Pup: ls requested for customers using 14 ft of space

 

  • This is for customers that all ready know the product and getting a better price in shipping than pallets.
  • freight companies give 1 to 2 days to unload this trailers at no extra cost.

53' truck loads: is the biggest load we can get for our customers normally its the cheapest way to transport the goods.

 

  • Mostly used by customers with several stores.
